Over the last few years, retail has seen more changes than any other time we can remember.
Despite a changing economy, shifting algorithms, and even an election year, we see more opportunity today than we've ever seen before.
We set the theme of this year's event as “To The Moon”. We’ve all heard people say that “the sky is the limit” but, if you’re like us, we don’t want limits. We want to push further than anyone else thinks possible - we want to take it “To The Moon”.
We're not talking about how to "survive" a challenging economy or "get by" during difficult seasons (though we'll certainly talk about difficult seasons) - we're talking about taking our business further than most could ever dream of. It's about building a business that is not only profitable but fuels the life we want with our team, community, family, and friends.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should we travel to Conroe?
Conroe is about an hour north of Houston and 30 minutes away from the IAH airport (We do not recommend flying to Hobby/HOU for this event). Plan on coming in Sunday late morning to be at the event location no later than 4pm. We'll wrap up Tuesday around 5pm.
I already went through Manifest Foundations/Retail Academy, should I attend? OR I haven't gone through any of your courses, should I attend?
This is new and different content from previous events. Both alumni and non-alumni are welcome to join us. Though some of the foundational content will be the same, this is not the same material.
What business size is ideal? What if we haven't launched yet? What if I'm making a gajillion dollars already?
This event is for retailers of various sizes, in fact we'll group with retailers of similar sizes for our interactive sessions. We have noticed that retailers still "dipping their toe" in but not fully committed to their business may not be ideal for our events.
Where should we stay?
We will release these details as soon as possible. Make sure you reserve your rooms ASAP to get the best rates. The only transportation provided will be to and from this hotel. Transportation to/from the airport will be your responsibility.
Can I bring my business partner, manager, or a team member?
YES! We'd love to have them. At registration, you can add a discounted "plus on" ticket. They'll be able to hear from the team at RG and learn TON of new ways to grow themselves and be better at what they do. Spouses can join parties/social activities for a small fee to cover cost. Please email support (at) madebycapital.com if you'd like them to join us.
Will we tour the warehouse?
To bring as much amazing content as we possibly can, we've moved the warehouse tour to the Wednesday following the event as an optional add-on. Details about adding this will be sent to all registrants.


The Manifest Group can not promise that attendance in the event will lead to your retail success. As you might guess, there are a lot of factors that go into increasing online sales. Your success will be dependent on your ability to execute, the team you build, the economy, your market, and sometimes a little bit of luck (mostly the first part).
All tickets sales are final. Tickets may be transferred with a $50 transfer fee. Should you not be satisfied with workshop content at the end of day one, refunds may be requested in person prior to the start of day 2 sessions. Manifest is not responsible for refunds for any other reason.
